Helpful Hints...

At BluFi, we encourage everyone to be upfront and honest with all of our clients.  This is so important to us, we wanted to help you with some helpful hints before you apply for a position with BluFi.

RESUME - First and foremost, be completely honest with your resume.  Also, please take the time to make sure that you show on your resume that you want a career with BluFi.  We often receive hundreds of resumes every month.  The best way you can helpful us to review your resume is to be honest and show that you have spent the time needed on your resume because you care about  your receiving a job offer.

INTERVIEW - Here are some helpful hints.  Please show up 10 minutes prior to your interview.  Please come dressed for success.  Please be ready to answer interview questions and to ask questions about the job and the company.  It's important to show that you want to know more about the company and you're not looking for just a job.

POSITIVE - Be positive in every way!  Be the person you want to spend time with!  Be the one that stands out!  Please tell us why you are passionate about what you do and why you will be a great addition to our TEAM of people at BluFi.

Now ask yourself this, "Why you?"  Are you the one to make a positive difference at BluFi?  If so, send us your resume for consideration.
