Client Manager (Loan Processor)

Client Manager (Loan Processor) - Several Openings

This position requires knowledge in loan processing and a friendly and customer service driven attitude to assist clients.

  • Strong Customer Service skills and communication skills with clients.
  • Ability to process loan files related to conventional and FHA/VA loans.
  • Must have FNMA/FHLMC experience.
  • Must know how to calculate income and read tax returns.
  • Follow up on underwriting conditions with borrowers.
  • Effective and excellent communication skills with borrowers on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work efficiently with borrowers, loan officers and other operations team.
  • Must be proficient with a PC and are able to adapt to paperless loan files with our software.
