BluFi Lending is a retail mortgage
banking company. We strive to hire those

If you have experience in the mortgage business, you will
find our system to be easier for you to fund more loans and
have an entire operations staff supporting you so you can
spend more time with your clients.
BluFi's difference is AUS underwriting capabilities.
Little overlays in underwriting based on AUS
eligible/approval. You choose your commission
structure from 75 bps to 200 bps. All operations team in
house and they are all located in Carlsbad. Our rates
are very competitive and we can process, underwrite and fund
loans fast. We are approved as a direct lender to
originate FHA , VA, USDA, CHF, CalHFA and other loan
programs. What more do you need?

We are looking for those individuals with integrity to do what's best for our clients in a sales position.
We train you to do what's best for the clients and to
offer the best customer service.
- Currently producing a loan volume of $500k+ per
month.
- 2+ years experience as a Loan Originator
- Positive attitude and personality
- Ability to multi- task and learn new software and PC literate
- Currently Licensed with
NMLS
required
